When are credit notes issued?

✅ For migration of employees between entities within your company

❌ NOT for employees leaving the company during the year

How does it work?

  • Migration between entities:

    • The entity from which the employee departs receives a credit note for the remaining months of the calendar year.

    • The new entity receives an invoice for the same period.

  • Employee departure:

    • Immediately deactivate departing employees in the Payflip tool. Read here on how to do that exactly.

    • No credit notes are issued for employees who leave the company.

    • The annual fee covers our services for the entire year, regardless of the departure date. This includes:

      • Administrative support for managing your employee records.

      • Support with questions about changes, additions, and deactivations of employees.
