How does it work?
Migration between entities:
The entity from which the employee departs receives a credit note for the remaining months of the calendar year.
The new entity receives an invoice for the same period.
Employee departure:
Immediately deactivate departing employees in the Payflip tool. Read here on how to do that exactly.
No credit notes are issued for employees who leave the company.
The annual fee covers our services for the entire year, regardless of the departure date. This includes:
Administrative support for managing your employee records.
Support with questions about changes, additions, and deactivations of employees.
