How do you export a report?

  1. To export a report, simply go to Company > Reporting in Payflip


  2. Then select the report you wish to export and click on Generate report.
    Do you need a report of the budget balance? Then you can select the desired budget under 'Budget'.


  3. You get an overview of the data you are going to export.

  4. Select the format in which you want to export the data; you can choose between .CSV and .XLSX.

  5. Then click Export to download the file.


What reports can you export?

The budget impact overview

❓What is the purpose of this report?

This report shows you the budget impact of choices for both the current and future years for all your employees.

💡How can you use this overview?

As a financial manager, you can use this report to check if the price of the choices made matches the invoices received. It also helps you estimate how much budget you need to set aside for the future.

This is the choice id

company name

name of the entity

employee name

name of the employee

product name

name of the product an employee has chosen

date of choice

date on which the employee submitted the choice

budget name

name of the budget that funded the choice

choice price

the total price of the choice

is Combined Budget

indication if a budget is funded with more then 1 budget

False = choice funded with 1 budget

True = choice funded with more then 1 budget

If this is the case, only 1 of the two budget names will appear in the 'budget name' column.

The budget balance overview

❓What is the purpose of this report?

This report helps you keep track of your employees' spending and remaining budget balance. This report always applies to the current year.

💡How can you use this overview?

As an HR admin, you can use this report to monitor your employees' budget usage.

User status overview

❓What is the purpose of this report?

This report provides you with insight into the status of users on Payflip, whether they are "active" or "deactivated.

💡How can you use this overview?

As a financial manager, you can use this report to check whether Payflip's billing is matching the number of active users. As an administrator, this report gives you a clear overview of each user's current status, so you can easily manage user accounts.
