How is billing handled at Payflip?

Parent Company 🏒

The parent company receives all three invoices listed below:

  1. Onboarding fee πŸš€

    • One-time, non-recurring

    • Billed after signing the quote
      ​

  2. Annual company fee πŸ’Ό

    • Recurring fee

    • One invoice per year

    • Fixed amount for Payflip tool license

    • Valid for 12 months
      ​

  3. Annual employee fee πŸ‘₯

    • Recurring fee

    • For all employees within the parent company

    • Based on the number of active employees at the launch of the Payflip tool

      • Existing clients: Invoice in January for the full calendar year

      • New clients throughout the year: Billing starts on the 1st of the month following launch and runs to the end of the calendar year

      • Pro rata billing for new employees during the year

Child Company 🏫

Child companies receive only:

  1. Annual employee fee πŸ‘₯

    • Recurring fee

    • For all employees within the respective child company

    • Separate invoice for each child company

    • Based on the number of active employees at the launch of the Payflip tool

      • Existing clients: Invoice in January for the full calendar year

      • New clients throughout the year: Billing starts on the 1st of the month following launch and runs to the end of the calendar year

      • Pro rata billing for new employees during the year

Important Points:

  • New employees: Billed pro rata from the following month

  • Departing employees: No credit notes, annual invoice remains unchanged

  • Verify active employees before December 31st for accurate billing in the new year
