Departing employees do not have a direct impact on your current invoice for the year.

Key Points:

  • No credit notes: No credit notes are issued for employees who leave the company during the year. (Refer to the credit note article)

  • Annual billing: The invoice at the beginning of the year is based on the number of active employees at that time.

  • Complete calculation: The fee per employee also covers the full offboarding calculation.

What to do when an employee leaves?

  • Immediately deactivate the employee in the Payflip tool. Read here on how to do that exactly.

  • This will automatically send a notification to our team. Within five working days, you will receive the exit calculation via email.

  • Inform relevant partners (e.g., leasing partner for charging station).

  • Provide the exit calculation to the social secretariat.

💡 Set a reminder in December to check which employees need to be deactivated for correct billing in the new year.
