What to do if an employee leaves the company?

This article informs you about the actions to take when an employee leaves the company and had chosen (or not) a benefit in Payflip.

An employee is leaving the company and you are wondering what you should do?

1. Deactivate the employee's profile in Payflip πŸ”š

Here are the steps to do this:

  • Go to the 'Users' tab

  • Click on the name of the employee you want to deactivate

  • Click on 'Details and roles'

  • Click on the pink and white button at the top right of your screen 'Deactivate user'

  • Enter the end date and other requested information

  • A notification will automatically be sent to our team to perform the exit calculation

Alan's insurance :

Inform Alan of departure. The insurance will be removed.

Insurance from another provider:

Inform the supplier of the departure. The insurance will be discontinued, but the employee may have the option of continuing it on an individual basis.

Ambulatory insurance

  • Access automatically revoked at midnight

Is the employee notified of the deactivation?

No, no notification is sent to the employee.
