Update billing details, request a copy or change email address

Incorrect billing details (address, VAT number or company name)

There’s an error in your billing details? Follow these steps:

  1. Update your details yourself via the Billing portal in Payflip.

  2. If that’s not possible, or if an invoice needs to be credited, send an email to [email protected] or click the blue button at the bottom right. We’ll issue a credit note if needed.

💡 You can access the Billing portal via the sidebar in Payflip. Scroll to the very bottom of the navigation and click the ‘Billing’ link.

Requesting a PDF copy of an invoice

Two ways to get a PDF copy:

  1. Via the Billing portal in Payflip, download all your previous invoices as PDF.

  2. Via the email you receive from us, it contains a link to request a PDF copy.

Can’t find it? Send an email to [email protected] or click the blue button at the bottom right.

Send invoices to a different email address

Want to receive invoices at a different address, department or AP email? Update your email address directly in the Billing portal in Payflip.

Can’t do it through the portal? Send an email to [email protected] or click the blue button at the bottom right.
