New licence structure (from September 2025)
Since September 2025, Payflip combines the company fee and the employee fee into a single annually renewing invoice. If you’ve been migrated to the new structure, you will no longer receive a separate invoice for the company fee — only an invoice for the employee licence fee.

Check your annual cost
You can always find your annual cost in the Payflip Billing portal. Click on ‘Billing’ in the admin portal to:
view your subscription plan
download previous invoices as PDF
update your billing details
