Invoice not received via Peppol

Payflip sends all invoices through the Peppol network, together with an XML and a PDF file. Here’s what you can do if an invoice doesn’t arrive.

For the Admin in Payflip

You always have access to your invoices through the Payflip admin portal. Click on ‘Billing’ to open the billing portal. From there you can:

  • view your current subscription

  • download previous invoices as PDF

  • update your billing details or payment method

For the Finance responsible

Not receiving an invoice via Peppol? Two alternatives are available:

  • Via the email you receive from us, you can always request a PDF copy and access previous invoices.

  • Your Admin in Payflip can download invoices directly from the Payflip portal and update billing details if needed.

Problem persists?

  1. Contact the supplier of your accounting software — they can check why Peppol invoices are not arriving.

  2. If that doesn’t resolve it, send an email to [email protected] and we’ll help you out.
