We made it! January, one of the busiest months in HR, is behind us, and we all survived. Now that we can breathe again, let's dive into what February has in store.

This month, we're excited to share shopping cart updates that streamline your ordering process, powerful new report features to give you better visibility, and an invitation to join our Research Panel to help shape Payflip's future.
Plus, catch up on our mobility budget webinar if you missed it!

After the January marathon, here's to a smoother February. Let's go! 🚀

Fresh off the press ✨

Shopping cart update 🛒

We've made the shopping cart smarter and more intuitive. Employees can now add multiple products to compare their options, even if they go over budget. This "browse first, decide later" approach helps them make better choices.
The cart shows a clear breakdown of how each product impacts their different budgets, so there's zero confusion about what fits and what doesn't.

Reporting tool improvements

We've fine-tuned our reports to make them more user-friendly and straightforward. The budget report now includes a handy column showing whether employees have signed their annex or not. This way, you can quickly see who still needs to sign and follow up with them 💪

Want to know more about our reports? Check it out here.

Automatic reminders for budget activation

And it doesn’t stop at reports, follow-up is becoming even easier! Employees who haven’t signed their EYP annexe yet will now automatically receive an email reminder.
This will be sent at the end of the month, up to a maximum of three times, so we don’t overload anyone’s inbox.

In the spotlight 🔦

Reimbursement individual pension savings 🤑

Fiscal fiche season is coming, and that only means one thing… reimbursment of individual pension savings!
Most of your employees will receive their fiscal fiche (281.60) in March. They'll need this document to request a reimbursement for individual pension savings, so get ready for some reimbursement approvals heading your way!

Want to go the extra mile? Let your employees know the fiscal fiche will arrive in March, and they can request reimbursement as soon as they receive it.

Quick reminder: Reimbursing individual pension savings gives employees an average net advantage of around €140 compared to a regular cash-out. On top of the personal tax benefit they already get, this makes it a no-brainer choice! 💸
