Warrants via Optiniti

Optiniti

Thanks to the integration between Payflip and Optiniti, you can sleep soundly.

When an employee has made this choice, you will receive an email to inform you about it.

To process this choice, take the following actions:

1. Check the employee's choice

  • Go to the 'Review choices' tab, next to which a pink dot is visible.

  • Check if the requested amount is within the annual limit of 20% of the total annual salary. You can find more information about this rule under the 'read more' button of the 'warrants via Optiniti' benefit.

2. Approve the employee's choice

  • Click the green button to approve the choice ✅

Just before the next grant date occurs, Payflip sends all necessary data directly to Optiniti. You don't have to do anything else!

  • For questions about warrants, contact Optiniti via [email protected].

  • For questions about the tool, contact Payflip via the chat function in the tool.

🔦 Payroll

This choice has a payroll impact.

60 days after your employee has received the offer, you as an employer must withhold the withholding tax on their salary.

This information will be provided by Optiniti at the agreed time.

👋 End of employment contract

Warrants via another warrant partner

When an employee has made this choice, you will receive an email to inform you about it.

To process this choice, take the following actions:

1. Check the employee's choice

  • Go to the 'Review choices' tab, next to which a pink dot is visible.

  • Check if the requested amount is within the annual limit of 20% of the total annual salary. You can find more information about this rule under the 'read more' button of the warrants benefit.

2. Approve the employee's choice

  • Click the green button to approve the choice ✅

3. Communicate & confirm the choice

  • Go to the 'Admin tasks' tab, next to which a pink dot is visible. In this overview, you will find all choices that still require manual action from your side.

  • After you have communicated the choice to the warrant provider, you can click 'Confirm order' in Payflip.

⚠️ Payflip does not communicate the warrants choice via another partner. Only the amounts of the chosen warrants can be consulted via the tool. It is up to the employer to communicate the chosen warrants to the warrant partner.

🔦 Payroll

This choice has a payroll impact.

60 days after your employee has received the offer, you as an employer must withhold the withholding tax on their salary.

This information is provided by your provider and you need to include it in the payroll yourself.
