When an employee has made this choice, you will receive an email to inform you.
To process this choice, you need to:
1. Approve the employee's choice
Click the green button to approve the choice ✅
2. Confirm the choice
Go to the ‘Confirm Orders’ tab, which will have a pink dot next to it.
Confirm the choice by clicking ‘Confirm Order’.
⚠️ Don’t forget to update your employee’s vacation balance in the HR tool you use.
🔦Payroll
This choice has no impact on payroll and therefore does not need to be included on the employee’s payslip.
As soon as the employee actually takes a vacation day, you report this in payroll as a paid vacation day. The vacation day will then appear on the payslip.
