Start Your Engines
Ensure the mobility budget and its benefits are ready to roll. Just activate them with the info needed.
Assign the Mobility Budget
Go to the employee under 'Users'
Click on the 'budget' tab
Click on 'Add budget'—it's right there at the top right.
Choose the mobility budget
Enter the start date and the annual amount of the Mobility Budget
Note: since the Mobility Budget is an annual amount, the full amount that the employee is still entitled to this calendar year must be entered here.
Choose whether the employee should be informed about this
