Swap your eco vouchers for meal vouchers 🔁

Eco vouchers get assigned once a year and in many cases expire unused, that budget goes straight back to the voucher provider. There's a smarter approach: redirect it towards a higher meal voucher value.


In PC 200, you're allowed to replace eco vouchers with an equivalent benefit of equal value; the procedure is lighter than you'd expect. No trade union delegation? A simple written communication to employees is enough. Trade union delegation? You close a CLA.


⚠️ Key deadline: the swap needs to be arranged before 31/10 to take effect for eco vouchers issued the following year. Act before October 2026 and you catch the June 2027 issuance under the new arrangement.


The maths works out too: increasing meal vouchers from €8 to €9.15 at 220 working days delivers roughly €250 extra per year, exactly offsetting the typical eco voucher budget.

The extra holidays my employees purchased via Payflip, do those get passed on to our social secretariat automatically, or do I need to do something?

When an employee's holiday purchase is approved, you'll receive a to-do in Payflip reminding you to add the extra days to their holiday balance. That step is yours to take, the purchased days don't flow automatically to your planning tool.
Once you've added them to the employee's balance, they'll be able to select and plan those holidays.
