Fresh off the press β¨
Using a Liantis or Securex integration? Your dashboard just got a whole lot smarter π
The integration dashboard received major upgrades. Your integration experience is now smoother in several ways π
Bulk sync & unsync employees - Select multiple employees at once instead of clicking through them individually.
Pending tasks at a glance - Instantly see what came back from the last sync and where your input is needed.
Full history log - Every sync event is now tracked in a detailed timeline, so you always know what happened and when.
Synced & excluded overview - See exactly which employees are included or excluded, and adjust it right from the dashboard.
In short: fewer clicks, more clarity, and a much smoother integration experience. Head to your dashboard (Company > Integrations) and take it for a spin!
Are you a Liantis or Securex customer but not yet using the integration with Payflip? Reach out to us via the chat, we'll check the possibilities and get you set up. π΅

In the spotlight π¦
Bike season is here! π²
Wout van Aert just conquered Paris-Roubaix this weekend, and while we can't promise your employees will win monuments, we can help them get on two wheels with some serious tax advantages πͺ
Why is a bike lease through Payflip so attractive? Your employees enjoy a significant net advantage compared to buying a bike themselves. Through Payflip they save on taxes and social security contributions, often resulting in a net benefit of 30-40% compared to a private purchase.
Wondering which bike lease partner would be the best fit for your organization? We're happy to help you explore the options and guide you to the right partner. Just reach out via the chat π΅

Legal update βοΈ
PC200: bike allowance goes up starting October 1st π²
Heads up if your company falls under PC200!
Starting October 1, 2026, the bicycle allowance increases from β¬0.27 to β¬0.32 per kilometer, with a daily cap of β¬12.80 (based on a maximum 40 km round trip).
What does this mean for your employees? Cycling to work becomes even more attractive and if your employees were already considering bike leases (π see our spotlight above), this can give them the final push. Timing couldn't be better.

How do I handle an employee leaving the company?
Head to the employee's profile, click 'Deactivate employee', and fill in the exit date and details. From there, Payflip takes over: the settlement is calculated automatically and you'll get a clear overview of what happens with any open choices. Everything in one place, no surprises.
Want the full walkthrough? Our step-by-step guide in the Helpcenter has you covered.
Why is the lease price of a bike different from the price in the shop?
The lease price isn't just the bike. It includes insurance, maintenance, and full service for the entire lease period, all bundled into one monthly amount. So yes, the sticker price looks different, but your employees end up paying less net for a fully serviced bike than they would buying one out of pocket.
