This article helps you export approved choices from Payflip.

This article answers the following questions:

How do I export the approved choices?

- Navigate to Organization -> Choices in your Payflip dashboard

- Click on the Export Choices button at the top right

- Select the products you wish to export and click Next.

- Choose how you want to filter the file.

- Select the date from which you want to export the choices.

- Click Generate Export and then Download File

What is the difference between order date and approval date?

⚠️ The order date of a product is not available for every product.

Approval date = the date on which, as an admin, you approved the employee's choice in Payflip.

Order date = the date on which the product was ordered or delivered. This depends on the type of product. For example:

  • Order date for a bicycle in Payflip = delivery date of the bicycle

  • Order date for a multimedia device in Payflip = delivery date of the device

  • Order date for a health insurance in Payflip = does not exist in Payflip!

Why don't I see certain approved choices in my report?

If certain choices do not appear in your export, it likely means you are filtering by 'order date'. As long as approved choices do not have an order date, they will not be included in the export based on order date.
