Product Not in Stock πŸ›’

Oops! It can happen that a product sells out between your selection and your admin's approval.

  • The item will automatically be placed back in your Payflip shopping cart.

  • You have two options: a) Wait until the product is available again and then resubmit. b) Choose another great product that is in stock.

  • πŸ’‘ Admin Tip: Always check the stock before approval!

  • Pre-order devices are not yet in stock and will always generate an error message. Coolblue chooses not to allow the ordering of pre-order devices.

Error in Delivery Address 🏠

Let's make sure your package ends up in the right place:

  • Double-check that all your address details are entered correctly.

  • Ensure your postal code and city name match perfectly.

Price Difference πŸ’Ά

Prices can sometimes change faster than the weather in Belgium:

  • Compare the price in Payflip with that on the Coolblue website.

  • Admins: Always verify the price before you approve!

  • Note: Prices may fluctuate between the moment of selection and approval.

Item Not Allowed 🚫

Some items unfortunately don't fit into our Payflip scheme:

  • Cashback promotions are not valid for Coolblue products via Payflip.

  • Second-hand or 'second chance' items are a no-go and will cause an error message.
