What Can I Order via Coolblue? 🖥️

General Principles 🧭

  • Employees can choose one of each type of main device:

    • One smartphone

    • One tablet

    • One PC

    • One Smartwatch

  • New main devices can only be selected after the usage period (usually 2-3 years, depending on your employer) of the previous device has expired.

  • Multiple accessories can be chosen.

  • Always order your product under the corresponding Coolblue benefit in the Payflip tool.

🚨Accessory Conditions🚨

  • Accessories must be usable with or connectable to a main multimedia device.

  • Accessories must be useful for the employee's function.

  • Smartwatch (if this benefit is available in your Payflip tool)

Accessories

  • Network equipment

  • Printers/Scanners

  • Headphones

  • Secondary screens/monitors

  • Computer mice/keyboards

  • External hard drives

  • Extra chargers

  • Protective cases/bags

  • Screen protectors

  • Memory cards

  • Graphics cards

  • Motherboards

  • Small speakers

  • Webcams

  • Software

Not Allowed Items ❌

  • Household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers, coffee makers, vacuum cleaners)

  • Cameras/Photo equipment

  • Smartwatches (unless chosen under a separate "Smartwatch" benefit)

  • Gaming consoles (PlayStation) / VR headsets

  • Televisions

  • 3D printers

  • E-readers

  • Homepods

  • Home theater audio equipment

  • Camera lenses

  • Drones

Special Cases 🔍

  • Bundle deals: Allowed if it concerns a main device + accessory. Not allowed if it involves a main device + another main device (e.g., smartphone + smartwatch).

  • Custom-built PCs: Components can be ordered separately (e.g., processor under PC benefit, other components as PC accessories).

  • Smartwatches: Must be chosen under a separate "Smartwatch (via Coolblue)" benefit, not allowed as an accessory. Contact your HR admin if this benefit is not available in the Payflip tool.

Ordering Process 🛒

  1. Employee selects their multimedia via the corresponding benefit.

  2. Employee confirms their choice via the Payflip shopping cart.

  3. HR admin approves the choice.

  4. Upon approval, Payflip automatically places the order with Coolblue.

Financial Aspects 💰

  • The employer pays for the devices directly to Coolblue.

  • Costs are deducted from the employee's Payflip budget.

  • VAT is not deductible, but corporate tax is.

  • For a Smartwatch, a one-time "benefit in kind" is charged at 50% of the actual cost of the benefit.

  • For these main devices, a monthly "benefit in kind" is charged:

    • Laptop: €6/month

    • Smartphone: €3/month

    • Tablet: €3/month

Important Notes ⚠️

  • Cashback promotions and trade-in values do not apply.

  • It is not possible to enter a discount coupon or voucher via Payflip.

  • Promotions that offer an extra gift on top of the original product (such as a free Samsung accessory or item with the purchase of a Samsung product) are not possible.

  • Second-hand/second-chance items are not allowed and will create an error message.

  • If an order needs to be canceled after approval, you must contact Coolblue directly.

  • If a product is not in stock upon approval, it will be placed back in the Payflip shopping cart.

  • Insurance can be arranged within 30 days at a Coolblue store.

  • Contact Coolblue directly with questions about the delivery of your product via [email protected].

  • In case of theft, replacement accessories are unlimited, but replacement of main devices requires HR approval. Your HR admin will contact Payflip directly via the chat function in the tool.
