  • You have 30 days from the purchase date to decide if you want to keep the product.

  • Return the product in its original packaging.

  • If your device is defective within 30 days, you can exchange it for a new one.

  • After the 30-day period, a 2-year warranty applies for defects not caused by use.

  • Coolblue will repair the product free of charge.

  • If repair is not possible or the product has been sent for repair 3 times, it will be replaced with a new one.

How to Return or Exchange a Product πŸ”„

  1. Fill in the required fields.

  2. You will need your order number (Coolblue Order ID), found under 'Your Space' < 'Benefits' in your Payflip account.

  3. Once you have registered your return, Coolblue will handle the rest. Not sure if Coolblue has received your return? Contact Coolblue at [email protected].

  4. Important: The refund does not go to you personally, but back to your employer.

  5. After returning the product, ask your admin to decline your choice in Payflip.

  6. Once your choice is declined, you can remove the choice from your cart, freeing up your budget to spend again. πŸ’°

  • Visit a Coolblue store within 30 days of receiving your device.

  • You can then arrange insurance for your device in the store.

  • You cannot use trade-in value or cashback promotions for Coolblue products ordered via Payflip.

  • If a product is out of stock when your admin approves it, it will be placed back in your cart in the Payflip tool.

  • You cannot pick up your order in a Coolblue store: it will be delivered to the address you provided.
