Choose your product on coolblue.be (not coolblue.nl).
Submit your selection via your Payflip shopping cart.
Your HR admin approves your selection. If you want to cancel this choice, contact your HR admin directly.
Upon approval, Payflip automatically places the order with Coolblue.

Delivery Time β±οΈ
Coolblue aims for "order today, delivered tomorrow" service. π
The actual delivery time may vary depending on product availability and your location.
Payflip has no insight or influence on the delivery time; for questions regarding this, it is best to contact Coolblue support. ([email protected])
Order Confirmation and Tracking π§π±
You will receive the following communications from Coolblue:
Order Confirmation Email
Sent immediately after your choice is approved
Contains details of the chosen product
Shipping Confirmation Email
Sent the night after approval (if approved before 23:59)
Confirms that your order is being processed
Information about the delivery service
Details about the delivery service (e.g., PostNL or BPost)
Track & Trace Email and SMS
Contains information on how to track the status of your delivery
Estimated Delivery Time SMS
Provides an estimated time frame for delivery
Delivery Confirmation Email
Sent when the order has been delivered to you

Can I Get Insurance for My Device?
Visit a Coolblue store within 30 days of receiving your device.
Bring your device (in perfect condition) and your order number. π±
You can then request insurance for your device in the store.
Finding Your Order Number π’
Go to 'Your Space' in Payflip
Click on 'Benefits'
Select your order to find the Coolblue order number
Important Notes β οΈ
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided in Payflip.
You cannot use trade-in value or cashback promotions for Coolblue products ordered via Payflip.
Second-hand/second-chance items are not allowed and will create an error message.
If a product is not in stock when your admin approves it, it will be placed back in your cart in the Payflip tool.
You cannot pick up your order in a Coolblue store.
