Ordering Process 🛒

  1. Select the Coolblue benefit in your Payflip tool.

  2. Here you’ll find an overview of all available options.

  3. Does an item show as “Not available”? See this article for more information.

  4. Choose “Go to Coolblue” and you’ll be automatically redirected to the Coolblue website, where you can search for your desired item.

  5. Found something? Add the item to your shopping cart.

  6. Select “I’m going to order” and fill in all your delivery details, then click “Continue.”

  7. This action will redirect you to Payflip.

  8. In Payflip, you can see the budget impact of your choice.

  9. Confirm your selection to place the order with Coolblue, or cancel.

    Getting an error message? Check the most common errors or contact your HR admin for more information.

Delivery Time ⏱️

  • Coolblue aims for "order today, delivered tomorrow" service. 🚚

  • The actual delivery time may vary depending on product availability and your location.

  • Payflip has no insight or influence on the delivery time; for questions regarding this, it is best to contact Coolblue support. ([email protected])

Order Confirmation and Tracking 📧📱

You will receive the following communications from Coolblue:

  1. Shipping Confirmation Email

    • Sent the night after approval (if approved before 23:59)

    • Confirms that your order is being processed

  2. Information about the delivery service

    • Details about the delivery service (e.g., PostNL or BPost)

    • Track & Trace Email and SMS

    • Contains information on how to track the status of your delivery

  3. Estimated Delivery Time SMS

    • Provides an estimated time frame for delivery

    • Delivery Confirmation Email

    • Sent when the order has been delivered to you

Can I Get Insurance for My Device?

  • Additional insurance for your device is not possible if the purchase is made through a cafeteria plan.

  • You can find information about the standard warranty here: warranty.

Finding Your Order Number 🔢

  • Go to 'Your Space' in Payflip

  • Click on 'Benefits'

  • Select your order to find the Coolblue order number

Important Notes ⚠️

  • Your order will be delivered to the address you provided in Payflip.

  • You cannot use trade-in value or cashback promotions for Coolblue products ordered via Payflip.

  • Second-hand/second-chance items are not allowed and will create an error message.

  • If a product is not in stock you will automatically receive an error message.

  • You cannot pick up your order in a Coolblue store.
