1๏ธโƒฃ Inform your Customer Success Manager

Send a little note to your Customer Success Manager to inform about them about this change and the date on which you will start with your new payroll provider. ๐Ÿ’Œ

2๏ธโƒฃ Change the payroll provider's name in Payflip

Go to the admin tool and change the name of your payroll provider in 'Payroll' > 'Settings'.

If your payroll provider is not listed in there, pick 'General'.

3๏ธโƒฃ Request the new wage codes

๐Ÿ”‘ Wage codes are essential for payroll processing. Without them, the monthly file we send will not be complete.

Request them to your new payroll provider! You find here a template email that you can send to request them : Getting started with payroll. Adapt it to your Flex Plan and send it. Easy, right?

4๏ธโƒฃ Input the wage codes in Payflip

Have you received the salary codes? You can input them in Payflip!

  • Go to 'Payroll' > 'Wage codes'

  • Click on 'Edit'

  • Do not forget to save the changes โœ”๏ธ
