Every month, you will receive the necessary information from the Payflip team for the payroll processing of that month's flexible reward plan 📖

In this overview, we describe the actions you need to complete after receiving the payroll file from Payflip.

⚠️ This overview generally describes actions for all possible benefits within a flexible reward plan. If you encounter specific information regarding a benefit that is not part of your flexible reward plan, you can disregard that information 😊

Uploading the file

1. Log in to “mysdworx” and go to the Payroll application:

2. Click on ‘periodic actions’ in the left sidebar and then choose ‘import time registration’:

3. Select the file provided by Payflip and click 'save':

4. Once the file is uploaded, you will get an overview of the employees and the performances you wish to import. The performances (benefits) included in the Payflip payroll file will now be visible. Click 'save' to confirm the performances:

What to do in case of errors?

If the system is unable to process certain data correctly, you will receive a notification, and the affected employees will be marked in red. More details can be found in the "Notifications" tab.

ℹ️ Employees not marked in red can still be uploaded. Ensure that the employees you want to upload are checked and then click on 'Save' at the bottom right.

The performances for employees with an error message will not be uploaded.

Take a screenshot of the error message and send it to Payflip via the chat function in the admin tool. We will send you an updated file that only includes the choices of the employee(s) with an error message.

If it turns out there is a structural error in the file, the following screen will appear. Click on ‘View errors’ for more details.

In the exceptional case that this happens, you can also take a screenshot and notify Payflip via the chat function in the admin tool. We will then send you a new file with all choices included again.
