Welcoming a new HR admin to your team just got easier! Every new team member is automatically invited to a guided Payflip tour. The moment they log in for the first time, our interactive tour launches, equipping them with everything they need to hit the ground running.
New to Payflip? No problem! We'll get them up to speed in no time. Your new colleague will be fully onboarded without you having to walk them through every detail, so they'll be confident and productive from day one.

Extra holiday calculation made simple ✨
Tired of manually pro-rating extra holidays for part-time employees? We've got good news!
Previously, when an 80% part-timer selects 1 day, you had to calculate and add 0,8 day to their holiday balance yourself. Time-consuming and error-prone.
What’s new 👇
We've added a 'full working regime hours' field in the benefit settings. Payflip now automatically calculates the correct budget impact for part-timers based on this field.
The result? 💥
When a part-time employee selects 1 extra holiday, simply add 1 full day to their holiday balance. They pay the full day rate in Payflip, making your admin work much easier.
Quick action needed 💪
Head to the benefit settings and fill in the 'full working regime hours' field to activate the new calculation immediately.
Don't worry if you forget: By the end of March, we'll automatically fill in this field to ensure you benefit from this new calculation.

Warrants: the no-brainer benefit in Payflip 🤑

Our integrated partner for charging stations has rebranded from Pluginvest to Stroohm.
Here's what you need to know:
Simplified product offering: Stroohm now exclusively offers one charger model, the Zencharger!
Are you already offering the charging station benefit?
No worries, this change won’t impact any historic choices.
We’ve replaced it with the new Stroohm benefit, and added a unique Customer ID to the new benefit settings for you. Employees will use that ID to request a quote for their Stroohm Charging station

My employees received an email at the end of February about activating their budget. Is this spam?
Not at all! As we mentioned in our previous newsletter, employees who haven't yet signed their year-end premium attachment will automatically receive email reminders. These reminders are sent a maximum of 3 times to ensure no one misses out on activating their budget.
My employee can't order a charger for their company smartphone. Why not?
If your employee has received a smartphone from the organization and pays benefit-in-kind for it, you'll need to add this to their salary components in Payflip. Once added, the employee will be able to order accessories (such as chargers) for their smartphone through the platform. More info here.
