Let's look at an example: if your choice ran until Dec 31 2024, it will automatically renew on Jan 1 2025.

Coverage period: March 1st, 2024 - December 31th, 2024
Automatic renewal will start on: January 1st, 2025
New coverage period: January 1st, 2025 -December 31th, 2025
No action needed from your side! Two months before renewal (as from 2025), you'll receive an email to remind you this renewal system. ⏰

Adding family members: If you need to add someone (like a newborn), you'll need to make a new choice for the upcoming period
Removing family members: Contact your HR admin, who will verify this possibility with the insurance provider
Don't want to renew? Let your employer know at least one month before your renewal date (see terms and conditions)
About pricing 💰
Your HR admin will update insurance prices at the start of each new period. Any price changes will be automatically applied to your renewal, even if they happen shortly after. your renewal date.
