Coolblue offers a standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the purchase is within the 30 days, you will basically be sent new ones. Afterwards, they will carry out a repair.

Still not completely satisfied with your Coolblue choice within the first 30 days? Or your product is faulty and falls within the 2-year warranty period?
This is how you can submit a return request to Coolblue:
Surf to https://www.coolblue.be/en/return-request and fill in the fields
Your order number can be found under 'Your space' < 'Benefits'. Your chosen address details can also be found there.
Once you have registered your return, Coolblue will process it further.
When you have returned your product, ask your admin to refuse your choice.
Once your choice is refused, you can remove it from your shopping basket and your budget will be free to spend again.
