As an admin, you can easily activate your benefits in the Payflip tool.

You can follow the following steps for this:
In the menu, click on 'Organisation' and then 'Benefits'
Here you can find all your benefits. Would you like to activate a benefit? Then click 'Activate' on the respective benefit.
3. Then check the settings and click 'activate product' in the top right corner to make the product active for your employees.
Which settings should I pay extra attention to?
Budgets
For multimedia or a bike lease benefit, you can choose different payment methods:
One-time payment
This allows your employees to pay for their multimedia benefit in one go. The payment won't be spread over the depreciation period you've set. We recommend this option.
Annual, fixed payment
This allows your employees to pay for their multimedia benefit in installments. The payment will be spread over the depreciation period you've set.
Annual, pro-rata payments
This allows your employees to pay for their multimedia benefit in installments. The payment will be spread over the depreciation period you've set.
The calculation will also consider the number of remaining months at the time of choice. We don't recommend selecting this option but working with a one-time or annual, fixed payment.
Lease period
The lease period will always be 36 months. This has been aligned with the bike lease partners.
