What warranty applies when choosing a Coolblue product?

When you choose a Coolblue product within Payflip, you naturally have the right to a good product.

If it turns out that there is a problem with the product, you can always enjoy an applicable warranty 💌

This warranty includes:

  • A satisfaction guarantee during the first 30 days after purchase: you have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep the product. If you wish to return the product, you must handle it carefully and only use it to judge whether you want to keep it or not.

    If you want to return a product within this satisfaction guarantee, it must always be done in the original packaging.

    If your device is already defective within 30 days of purchase? You also fall back on this satisfaction guarantee and can return the device to Coolblue free of charge.

  • If the device shows defects after this 30-day period that are not due to the use of the device, you fall back on the 2-year warranty period. This means that in case of a defect or malfunction, Coolblue will repair it free of charge. If a repair is not possible or the product has already been sent back for repair three times, the product will be replaced with a new device.

  • In exceptional cases, Coolblue or its supplier offers a longer warranty than the legal minimum warranty of 2 years. The details of such an extended warranty can always be found on the product's webpage.
