The cost of your benefit corresponds to your budget impact in the Payflip tool. The cost is always equal to the total cost to the employer of the chosen benefit.

Reimbursement of individual pension savings 💰

The cost is equal to the amount of your pension savings + 8.86% special ONSS contribution payable by your employer.

Example: repaying your pension savings of 990 euros will cost you around 1,077 euros (= 990 + (990*8.86%)).

Extra-legal days off 🏖

The cost is simply equal to the amount of gross salary that continues to be paid during your vacation, including employer contributions to the ONSS.

Multimedia devices 💻

The cost is equal to the amount of the computer equipment + the employer's contributions to the ONSS on the benefit in kind arising from the private use of the multimedia equipment.

Example: you buy a PC for 990 euros. The benefit in kind for one PC is 6 euros per month (i.e. 72 euros per year). On this benefit in kind, your employers pay social security contributions (about 28%). The cost of this benefit is therefore equal to 1,010 euros (i.e. 990 + (72*28%)).

Health insurance 🚑

The cost is simply equal to the price of health insurance. This benefit is not subject to social security contributions or taxes.

Bike leasing 🚴

The cost is simply equal to the price of leasing the bike. This benefit is not subject to social security contributions or taxes.
