What does it mean? 🤔
You can choose to use your Payflip budget to get reimbursed for the cost of a training course you have taken. The course may, but does not have to, be related to your job.
There is no predetermined, fixed list of eligible courses. Based on our experience, we’ve put together an overview:

How does it work? 🔁
You follow a training course, which may but does not have to be related to your role.
Step by step to reimbursement for your training:
Select “L&D training request” under “Personal growth” in your Payflip tool
Upload the proof of payment for the costs and enter the amount
Add your choice to your shopping cart and confirm
Your employer approves
You receive the reimbursed amount on your payslip
Financials 💰
There is no tax advantage linked to the reimbursement of training via Payflip. The reimbursement is treated in the same way as a cash payout of your year-end bonus.
So what is the advantage?
You can finance a training course with your (prepaid) year-end bonus.
Normally, you would only receive your year-end bonus in December, but with Payflip you can access it earlier in the year!
