  • Starting from 17/06/2025: You'll need an active main device (in or outside Payflip) to select its accessories.

  • You have an external main device? Your employer will register it in Payflip

  • Current accessory choices remain unchanged.

What's changing and how this affects you? πŸ†•

Starting June 2025, we're introducing a logical connection between accessories and head devices (smartphones, tablets, and PCs). Here's what you need to know:

  • You'll see all available IT accessories in Payflip

  • ⚠️ To select an accessory, you'll need an active main device - whether it's:

    • Chosen through Payflip OR

    • Provided directly by your employer (outside of Payflip)

For example:

  • Want to select headphones? You'll need an active smartphone

  • Interested in a tablet cover? You'll need an active tablet

  • Planning to get a monitor? Make sure you have an active PC

Think of it this way: just like your smartphone accessories work with your phone, our system now makes sure all IT accessories are properly linked to their main devices. This helps manage everything more efficiently, from selection to payroll processing.

Common scenarios & what to do 🎯

Scenario 1 : You have a main device THROUGH Payflip βœ…

  • Already have a smartphone through Payflip? You can order headphones anytime

  • Got a PC through Payflip? Feel free to select that second screen

  • Tablet from Payflip? Go ahead and choose a protective case

Nothing changes! You can continue selecting accessories for your devices as usual. All your devices are already registered and properly linked in the system.

Scenario 2 : You have a main device OUTSIDE Payflip πŸ“²

  • Got a company smartphone provided by your employer outside of Payflip? You can order headphones.

  • You have a work laptop? Go choose that second screen.

Special case: You can't order an accessory but you have a main device provided by your employer outside of Payflip? πŸ€”

➑️ What's happening:

  • Your employer needs to register these devices in Payflip first

  • Once done, you will be able to select new accessories

  • Contact your HR team (unfortunately Payflip can't do this for you)

  • Ask when your devices will be registered in Payflip

  • Once registered, you can select accessories normally

Scenario 3 : You DO NOT have a main device ⚠️ (IN OR OUTSIDE Payflip) ⚠️

Want to order accessories but don't have a main device?

What to do? πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

  • Order your main device through Payflip first

    • Need headphones? That works with everything (PC, tablet, smartphone) – choose what you prefer

    • Want a second screen? Choose a PC first

    • Looking for a tablet case? Select a tablet first

  • Once your device is active, you can order your accessories!
