Starting January 15, we are activating a new benefit for employees where their choices will be registered simultaneously in both Alan and Payflip.
How does this look for employees?
What changes for you as an admin?
Choices via this benefit are automatically approved and registered with Alan. You no longer need to manually approve these choices in Payflip.
The old benefit in Payflip has been removed and replaced with the new version.
When can employees submit their Alan choices for 2025?
From January 15 in the afternoon, employees can start making their choice in Payflip.
Employees must submit their choice before January 31, 2025.
Employees will automatically receive a reminder for this choice deadline.
🔄 Note: This is only for new requests. Alan for family members was automatically renewed for employees who made the choice last year.
FAQ
How do I know if I no longer need to charge the amount through the employee's salary?
Alan will provide a monthly overview so you can track the Payroll impact. This overview will include all amounts that no longer need to be paid through the employee's salary.
