What should I do as an admin if an employee changes legal entity?

In this article, we list all the to-do’s that come with migrating an employee to another entity.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

When an employee changes legal entity within the company, you’ll need to make sure their Payflip account is linked to the new entity. 🔄

In this article, you’ll find all the steps you need to take 👇

1. Update in Payflip

You can easily make this change in the admin tool.

Click on Users in the left sidebar.

Click on the employee you want to update, then go to the tab Data and roles > Move user.

You can then select the new entity and move the employee.

The employee’s history (both budgets and chosen benefits) will be kept.

2. Inform the benefit partners

Has the employee opted for a benefit that involves monthly invoicing? This is, for example, always the case for bike leasing. 🚲

Don’t forget to inform the benefit partner about this change as well. They can then make the necessary adjustments to ensure the invoicing is done to the correct entity. 💸
