Finalizing Legal Documents for the Mobility Budget

To complete the legal documents for the mobility budget, we require more information regarding how your organization calculates Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Please provide your preferences for each question using the blue button. Thank you! ✍️

  1. How Will TCO be Calculated?

    • TCO will be calculated per job category using a reference vehicle and fuel consumption during a reference period of 12 months.

    • TCO will be calculated per job category as an average TCO of all current company cars within a specific job category.

    • TCO will be calculated individually per Employee.

  2. Which Formula Will be Used for the Calculation?

    • The Employer will use the actual cost formula to calculate TCO. This involves evaluating the actual costs of the company car assigned to an Employee over the past 4 years of usage (or as long as possible if the usage is less than 4 years).

    • The Employer opts for the formula based on lump sum values to calculate TCO.

⚠️ Please note that you are required to use the same formula for a minimum of 3 years.
