Oh no, has your multimedia device been stolen? That's really unfortunate! 😢

Let's see how you can order a new device. Only for main devices do you need to contact Payflip and your HR admin.

Accessories: shop 'til you drop 🛍️

When it comes to accessories (think cases, chargers, or those fancy headphones), there's actually not much to worry about. You can simply purchase new accessories without any limit. The main thing to remember is that you still need to complete the financing for the stolen item. Unfortunately, if you break it, you pay for it. 💸

Main devices: contact Payflip and HR 🎬

For smartphones, PCs, and tablets, you also need to complete the full financing. When you want a new main device, a slightly different policy applies because you are only allowed to purchase one main device during the usage period (usually 2 or 3 years). But don't worry, there's a solution!

Step-by-step for loss or theft of your main device

Step 1: First report the theft to your HR department. They are your superheroes in this situation! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️

Step 2: Ask your HR admin to confirm with us that we can migrate your main device to the accessory category. This gives you the option to choose a new device in the 'smartphone', 'tablet', or 'PC' category. 🔄📱

Step 3: Patience is a virtue. Migrating a main device to an accessory category can take between 10 and 15 working days. Our technical team is working at full speed to ensure everything goes smoothly, but good things take time. ⏳💻

Example: Suppose your smartphone is stolen (oh no! 😱). Normally, you would wait until the next usage period for a new one. But with a little help from the technical team, we can consider your stolen smartphone as an "accessory," allowing you to choose a replacement device in no time. 😉
