For budgets that are not automatically calculated by Payflip (e.g., bonuses, smartphone budget, or mobility budget), you will need to upload the specific amounts of the budget.
⚠️ You can only upload budget amounts for employees who have already been assigned this budget. This article provides all the information on how to assign budgets in bulk to your employees.
Uploading budget amounts in bulk
Go to 'Users' and click on 'Bulk actions'. If your company has multiple entities, indicate for which entity you want to assign budgets.
Click on 'I want to add new budget top-ups for employees'.
Select the budget for which you want to upload amounts.
Click on 'Download list of employees'. An .xlsx file will be downloaded, which includes all employees to whom this budget was previously assigned.
Fill in the budget amount in the downloaded excel file. Do not change anything in the columns indicated as 'do not modify'. ⚠️ Make sure to always fill in the employer cost of the budget. More information about the employer cost can be found in this article.
-> Save your Excel file as a .xlsx or .csv file.
-> Upload your file to Payflip. Click 'Next'.
Choose whether you want to send a notification (via email) to the employees.
Check if the data is correct and save your changes.
