If you leave the company, unfortunately, you can no longer use the cafeteria plan 🥲

The following puzzle is being laid out:

Benefits

Cancellation: we will check which benefits can still be canceled, such as unused vacation days.

Termination: The benefit of family hospitalization insurance and outpatient insurance will be terminated.

Ordered: The benefits for multimedia and bicycles, however, cannot be canceled as they have already been ordered and delivered.

Year-end Bonus Budget

Payflip operates on the principle of pre-financing the year-end bonus throughout the year. Thus, you can spend your future year-end bonus (normally paid out in December) throughout the year in the cafeteria plan.

When you leave the service, we will check whether you are entitled to a year-end bonus or not. Each sector has different rules about this.

As an employee in PC200, you will receive a pro-rata year-end bonus and consequently a budget if you have more than 5 years of seniority with your employer.

If you have less than 5 years of seniority with your employer, you are not entitled to a year-end bonus and therefore no budget.

Bonus Budget

When you leave the service, you are still entitled to the bonus.

Result?

If the result is positive, you have enjoyed fewer benefits than your budget allowed. This remaining balance will be paid out when you leave the service.

If the result is negative, you have enjoyed more benefits than your budget allowed. This balance will be deducted from your net departure holiday pay.
