If you get fired, unfortunately, you can no longer use the cafeteria plan 🥲

The following actions will be taken:

Benefits

Cancellation: we will check which benefits can still be canceled, for example, unused vacation days.

Termination: The benefit of hospitalization insurance for family members and outpatient insurance will be terminated.

Ordered: The benefits of multimedia and bicycles cannot be canceled, as they have already been ordered and delivered.

Year-end Bonus Budget

Payflip works on the principle of pre-financing the year-end bonus throughout the year. You can therefore spend your future year-end bonus (which is normally paid out in December) throughout the year in the cafeteria plan.

When leaving the company, we will check whether you are entitled to a year-end bonus. Each sector has different rules regarding this.

As an employee in PC200, you will receive a pro rata year-end bonus from your employer upon termination (except for urgent reasons).

Bonus Budget

When you are fired, you are still entitled to the bonus budget.

Result?

In the case of a positive result, you have enjoyed fewer benefits than your budget allowed. This remaining balance will be paid out upon your departure.

In the case of a negative result, you have enjoyed more benefits than your budget allowed. This balance will be deducted from your net departure holiday pay."
