The operation of the bike lease in Payflip revolves around the following principles:

👉 Choose the bike lease under 'Mobility' in your Payflip tool.

👉 Register with your bike dealer (they will automatically create an account for you).

👉 Once you have made your bike choice, you can request a quote.

✅ If you agree with the quote, you can submit your choice via the Payflip tool.

❌ If you do not agree with the quote, remove the choice in the Payflip tool. Your order will also automatically be canceled with your bike dealer.

👉 When you have submitted your choices, your employer will review them. Once accepted, your order will be definitively placed with your bike dealer.

This depends on the delivery times chosen by your employer's bike dealer. Once your bike choice has been approved, you will be able to track the delivery times via the tool (or email) of your bike dealer.

Your bike dealer generally has their own tool. As soon as your bike is delivered, you can directly contact your bike dealer for any questions, problems, comments, etc.
