A "Conversion to cash" transaction reflects a negative transaction on your budget in Payflip. This amount will automatically be paid out as a classic year-end bonus in December.

The reason may be:

  1. You have not yet activated your budget

For each month that you do not activate your budget, the end-of-year bonus corresponding to this month will be paid automatically in cash in December.

You can activate your budget by signing the attachment to the employment contract via Payflip.

2. The cafeteria plan relates to an incomplete calendar year

Your budget is prorated according to the number of months of the calendar year that have not yet fully elapsed.

The months before the cafeteria plan started are automatically paid out in cash in December.
