Do you have an electric or hybrid company car? Great news! Thanks to our partnership with STROOHM, you can easily order a home charging station via Payflip. Charge your car comfortably and conveniently at your own front door.
⚠️ Please note: you must have a company car in order to order a charging station.
How does it work? 🔁
There are a few steps you need to follow in order to order a charging station.
🙏 Request a virtual audit | Start by requesting a virtual audit by completing the STROOHM questionnaire in Payflip.
STROOHM will use the information provided to check whether your home is suitable for installing a charging station.
STROOHM will contact you within 3 working days with the results.
ℹ️ If more information is needed, STROOHM will ask you to organise a physical audit . |
📃 Receive a personalised quote | If the result of the audit is positive, STROOHM will send you a personalised quote by email.
ℹ️ If your employer finances part of the charging station, this will be indicated on the quote. |
✍️ E-sign the quote | If you agree with the quote, you e-sign it!
⚠️ The quote will not be finalised until you has submitted and the admin has approved your choice in Payflip. |
📌 Upload the signed quote in Payflip | Once you have signed the quote, confirm your choice in Payflip.

Once your employer has approved your choice, Payflip will automatically send the approval to STROOHM. The order is now placed! 🚀 |
🚧Installation and certification | STROOHM will contact you to schedule the installation 📍
Within 2 working days you will receive your charging card.
2 weeks after installation you will receive the certification by email 💌. |
Financials 💰
The charging station and its installation will be charged to your Payflip budget for the total price, including VAT, taking into account the VAT deductibility of car expenses applicable to this choice.
💡 If you choose a charging station in Payflip, this has no impact on the valuation of the benefit in kind of the company car linked to it.
