Do you have an electric or hybrid company car? Good news! Thanks to our partnership with Pluginvest, you can easily order a home charging station via Payflip. This way, you can conveniently and comfortably charge your car at your own front door.

How does it work? 🔁
There are a few steps you need to follow in order to order a charging station.
🙏 Request a virtual audit | First step is to request a virtual audit by completing the Pluginvest questionnaire in the Payflip tool.
Pluginvest will use the information provided to check whether your home is suited to install a charging station.
Pluginvest contacts you with the results within 3 working days.
ℹ️ In case more information is required, Pluginvest will ask you to organise a physical audit. |
📃 Receive a personalised quote | If the result of the audit is positive, Pluginvest will send you a personalised quote via email.
ℹ️ In case that your employer finances a part of the charging station, this will be shown on the quote. |
✍️ E-sign the quote | If you agree with the quote, you e-sign it!
⚠️ The quote will not be finalised until you has submitted and the admin has approved your choice in Payflip. |
📌 Upload the signed quote in Payflip | Once you have signed the quote, confirm your choice in Payflip.

Financials 💰
The charging station and its installation will be charged to your budget in Payflip for the total price, including VAT, taking into account the VAT deductibility of car expenses that applies to this option.
💡 If you choose a charging station in Payflip, this has no impact on the valuation of the benefit in kind of the company car linked to it.
