✅ Surplus

If there is a surplus in your budget at the end of your employment contract, i.e., the cost of your benefits is lower than your budget, this surplus will be paid out to you as a year-end bonus balance at the end of your employment contract, after deduction of social contributions and taxes.

❌ Deficit

If there is a deficit in your budget at the end of your employment contract, i.e., the cost of your benefits is higher than your budget, it means you have received too much salary. You will be required to cover this deficit by allowing a deduction from your (departure) holiday pay or by repaying the undue payment upon your employer's request.

💡 What about early departure?

In the event that the termination of the employment contract results in an early end to the lease term, it is best to refer to the Bike Policy.

Does the bike immediately become my property?

No. It is important to know that the bike remains the property of your bike dealer until the lease period is over. When the leasing period is over, you can purchase the bike for 16% of its original value. At the end of your contract, you will receive a purchase proposal from your bike dealer. You can choose whether or not to accept this offer. It is not mandatory.
